Accreditation

We are pleased to announce that ISPS Solution Inc. is now accredited by the Commission des Partenaires du Marché du Travail as an accredited organization.

Therefore, this means that the amounts invested in the training offered by Solution ISPS Inc. meet the legal obligations and are eligible as expenditures under the Labour Code commonly known as the Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition. This program is mandatory for employers who meet the following eligibility criteria and obligations:

• Annual payroll of at least $2M;
• Invest in the same calendar year, the equivalent of at least 1% of the payroll, in training activities aimed at developing staff skills;
• Obligation to report the amount invested to Revenu Québec otherwise the amount not invested must be paid to the Labour Force Development and Recognition Fund.

We therefore invite you to send this information to the person responsible for the corporate training program at your home (or at accounting) so that they can verify whether your training expenses are eligible under this Act. Generally, a copy of the certificate that is given to participants at the end of the training and the official certificate number of Solution ISPS inc. (referred to as the approval number) appearing at the bottom of the invoice for the training, to justify and account for expenses incurred.
