Projects by country
Angola

Summary
Angola is rich in vast arable land and water resources and possesses considerable agricultural potential that remains largely underexploited. Domestic agricultural production falls short of demand, and Angola imports more than half of its food needs. With millions of tons of food purchased abroad, the volume of imported goods makes the year loss-making compared to the tonnage of exported products, and economically unproductive.
In addition, Angola has a 1,300-km railway line connecting the Atlantic Ocean port of Lobito to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Zambia to the west, both of which are also dependent on imported goods.
The agri-food sector has therefore become a major strategic focus in the country's economic diversification policy, aimed at reducing its dependence on imported food products and strengthening its food security.
Although essential to this national project, intermodality in the supply chain, to function well as an ecosystem, must be the subject of consensus among all parties involved and concerned.
Strategic collaboration
A group of business partners involved in this global vision of agri-food development contacted Solution ISPS Inc. to verify our interest and validate the relevance of our expertise and potential involvement. Strategic Collaboration
Following a workshop and several information exchanges on the agri-food project, Solution ISPS Inc. joined forces with the Bioxchem cluster of specialists, firstly as a strategic advisor for multimodal transport in the supply chain and secondly, as a partner to contribute to the development of the feasibility study and the upcoming business plan.
